Return policy

The consumer has the right to request a replacement or return of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, if the device does not have a manufacturing defect, but on condition that it is in the same condition as the product was when contracting (i.e. it has not been opened or used).

يحق للمستهلك طلب استبدال أو ارجاع  المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام المنتج وذلك إذا لم يكن الجهاز به عيب صناعة ، ولكن بشرط أن يكون بالحالة التى كانت عليها السلعة عند التعاقد (أى لم يتم فتحها أو استخدامها)
